Sarah Osborne

Sarah has been practising in leasehold enfranchisement for over 15 years at a wide variety of firms and has built up a loyal client base.

She has a wide depth and breadth of experience within the “enfranchisement umbrella” including lease extensions, collective enfranchisement (purchase of freehold of residential buildings) and right to manage.

Sarah acts for a wide range of clients including individuals, residential management companies as well as corporate landlords with significant property portfolios.

Clients choose Sarah for her pragmatic approach and being able to explain in simple terms what is often a complex area of law.  She was recently named as a “rising star” in the latest edition of the Legal 500.

Outside of work Sarah is a parish councillor for her local village, enjoys live events (music, comedy and theatre) and countryside walks.
