Elizabeth achieved a first-class honours in her bachelor’s degree whilst also carrying out pro bono work for The Open Justice Law Clinic.
She is now in the final stages of her Master of Laws degree with a view to commencing the SQE 1 and 2 to qualify as a solicitor in late 2024.
Since starting at LEASE Law Elizabeth has swiftly progressed from assisting Solicitors and now manages her own case load undertaking all aspects of lease extension, freehold enfranchisement and right of first refusal claims together with conveyancing and, very deservedly, won the “Rising Star Award” at the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards 2024 against some very fierce competition.
Client care is of the utmost importance to her, and she will always endeavour to make herself available for prompt updates to client matters or queries at all times.
She prides herself on being friendly and approachable with defined organisational skills due to studying, working, and raising a young family simultaneously.
In her spare time, you may find her hiding with a cup of tea and slice of homemade banana cake watching a true crime documentary; or is more likely to be on the playroom floor building magnificent wooden block creations with her children!
