Sajel qualified as a solicitor in 2007 having completed her training at a niche property practice in London. Prior to joining Lease Law she practiced exclusively in leasehold enfranchisement at a larger national law firm and a smaller niche property practice.
She advises on a range of leasehold enfranchisement matters, including right to manage and right of first refusal claims. She also has experience with missing landlord claims and other related issues.
Sajel aims to provide a practical and plain speaking approach to leasehold matters and has been praised for guiding clients through complex scenarios with ease and efficiency. She has experience of acting for a wide range of clients nationally and enjoys applying her technical knowledge to a variety of different matters.
Sajel is a bookworm and in her spare time can be found in her favourite book shop or playing hide and seek with her young family.
