Lease Law is delighted to announce that the firm, together with a number of its individual team members, has been shortlisted across multiple categories at the Apartment Adviser Awards 2026, incorporating the well-established Enfranchisement & Right to Manage Awards (ERMAs).
The Apartment Adviser Awards brings together leading solicitors, valuers, managing agents, project managers, advisers, and other professionals operating within the leasehold and apartment sector and are among the most respected accolades in the leasehold, enfranchisement, right to manage, and apartment management sectors. Now in their 17th year, the awards recognise professional excellence, technical expertise, innovation, client service, and leadership across the residential leasehold property industry.
Lease Law’s Shortlisted Categories
The Apartment Adviser Awards celebrate brilliance across a wide range of professional categories. Categories traditionally include recognition for firms, individual practitioners, emerging talent, advisers, and specialist professionals who demonstrate outstanding contribution to the leasehold and apartment sector.
For Lease Law, being shortlisted across several categories is a significant endorsement of the firm’s technical knowledge, client-focused approach, and contribution to this highly specialised area of law. The individual nominations are also a testament to the expertise, diligence, and professionalism of the team members recognised by the judging panel.
Lease Law and its team members have been shortlisted in the following categories:
Young Professional of the Year – Elizabeth King
Lawyer of the Year – Sajel Patel
Conveyancer of the Year – Jade Thomas
Solicitors Firm of the Year – Lease Law Limited
Each nomination reflects the high standards of work undertaken by the firm and the dedication shown by its staff in supporting clients through often complex leasehold and property matters.
A Proud Moment for the Firm
The shortlisting is a proud moment for Lease Law and follows a period of continued growth, professional development, and sector engagement. The firm remains committed to providing clear, practical, and specialist legal support to leaseholders, freeholders, management companies, and other stakeholders involved in residential leasehold property matters.
The awards also provide an important opportunity to recognise the wider professional community and the advisers who continue to shape standards across the leasehold sector.
Good Luck to All Nominees
Lease Law wishes the very best of luck to all of its shortlisted nominees and to all other finalists at this year’s Apartment Adviser Awards.
The firm looks forward to celebrating the achievements of the sector at the awards ceremony and is honoured to be recognised among such a strong field of professionals and organisations.
Congratulations to everyone shortlisted, and good luck to all nominees on the night.
