We are pleased to welcome Sajel Patel to Lease Law as a Senior Associate Solicitor. Sajel has extensive experience in all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement, right to manage and right of first refusal matters. She has experience of acting for a wide range of clients nationally and brings with her great technical knowledge of the area.
Prior to joining Lease Law Sajel practiced exclusively in leasehold enfranchisement at a larger national law firm and a smaller niche property practice.
Sajel aims to provide a practical and plain speaking approach to leasehold matters and has been praised for guiding clients through complex scenarios with ease and efficiency.
